Beard & Flannel is our love letter to Southern Oregon. We start with the classic base of juniper and coriander and then subtly shaped by the herbs we grew up around. Douglas Fir needles, lavender, mugwort and sage are featured among the delicate balance of botanicals to make a gin that tastes like Oregon feels.

Aromatic Gin

Our Aromatic Gin is inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asia with fresh lemongrass, lime leaf and ginger paired with the classic botanicals found in gin. It makes a really complex and delicious martini and it’s also fantastic in mixed drinks!
