Ingredients

Our spirits begin with a neutral base alcohol. We use filtered Oregon spring water to start, then add another filtration process for good measure with a unique system using coconut carbon to remove any remaining impurities for maximum drinkability, smoothness and don’t-have-to-make-a-funny-face-when-you-drink-it-ness.

Our vodka doesn’t need much more than that, making it a clean, delicious and versatile vodka perfect for any martini or cocktail and it’s just as good on it’s own. For our gin we source organic juniper and whenever possible, we use local and organic botanicals for the rest of our top-secret formula. The result is our pride and joy, our flagship London Dry Gin. Fresh, citrusy and just peppery enough to bring those taste-buds to life!
